Registration is subject to the rules and regulations of Southern State Seminoles and any other sports or athletic organizations with which the organization is or may become affiliated.
Registration may be revoked with or without cause at the discretion of the Board of Directors of Southern State Seminoles.
Registration includes limited insurance coverage which is excess insurance only that becomes effective only after another personal insurance coverage has been exhausted.
Registration is subject in particular to the Southern State Seminoles Player and Parent Code of Conduct, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.

Player Code of Conduct

• I will have fun and play with a positive attitude. • I will treat all athletes, coaches, and officials with respect before, during, and after each contest. • I will accept referee decisions without arguing. I will let coaches handle disputes. • I will cheer for and encourage my teammates and will not make negative comments about anyone. • I will not use profanity, vulgarity, or make any racist, sexist, or inappropriate comments. • I will set a good example for my teammates, especially younger players. • I will attend all practices, games, and team meetings unless excused by a coach. • I will show respect for all facilities and property, including locker rooms and fields. • I will recognize and show appreciation for good plays by teammates and opponents alike. • I will represent the Seminoles with pride and protect the reputation of my school, team, and league. • I will not use poor sportsmanship by following someone else's bad behavior. • I will always give 100% effort, listen to my coaches, and be a supportive teammate. • I will arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work hard. • I will stay away from drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or any activity that brings shame to my team. • I will take responsibility for my actions and be accountable on and off the field.

• I will be responsible for my own behavior as well as the behavior of any guests I bring to games or practices. • I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials at every event. • I will remain in the spectator area and not coach or shout instructions to my child during games or practices. • I will not advise coaches or confront them during or immediately after games. Any concerns will be addressed respectfully at the appropriate time. • I will refrain from the use of abusive language, insults, or threats directed at anyone involved in the program. • I will never instruct my child to harm another player, and I will demand a safe, respectful environment for all participants. • I will demand a sports environment that is free of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. I will not attend events under the influence. • I will recognize that this is youth football – a space for fun, growth, and teamwork – not professional sports. • I will not use social media or group chats to spread gossip, negativity, or conflict within the team. • I will support my child by ensuring timely attendance, preparedness, and communication with coaches. • I understand that if I am banned from an event or the program, no refund will be issued. • I will show gratitude and respect to coaches, referees, and all volunteers involved with the league. • I understand that violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from events or dismissal from the league.
